1. Patti Smith covers Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall at the Nobel Prize ceremony, has the courage to start that stanza over again, doesn't let a single detail pass by half-way, and humbles the goodness gracious out of me with her bold honesty.

2. Angel Olsen's release of My Woman, her performances at The Mothlight and The Grey Eagle, and opening up for her with The Bassholes this past Spring.

3. Radiohead's music video for Burn The Witch.

4. Ahleuchatistas blow people's minds performing at All Go West Fest.

It's the fourth Sunday of the month, and that means it's time for our monthly station meeting. Please join us Sunday, November 27 at 11 AM at Firestorm Cafe & Books, 610 Haywood Road in West Asheville. We'll have all the station news our volunteers and curious community members want to hear. On behalf of all of us here at Asheville FM, thank you for your support. Our 2016 fall fund drive was a huge success. We surpassed our goal of $15,000! We couldn't have done it without you. We are SO proud to be YOUR community radio station!

Thank you to most of all to all the listeners who donated. We appreciate your support.

Your donations allow us to do more outreach to get more diverse voices on the air. They enable us to Broadcast more simulcasts, bringing important local events to the Asheville community as they happen. The extra donations above our goal provide a small buffer against unforeseen events. We're an all volunteer station operating fund drive to fund drive on a lean budget. We are proud to serve this community!
