Last week's episode of Reel Talk will be our last for now! It's been a wild, fun time since 2009, and we're so proud to have been part of the truly free-form, community radio station here at 103.3 AshevilleFM.

Reel Talk started as an hour-long show that aired live, mixing film and dvd news with a free-form, weirdo music playlist, and I think we've certainly gotten better at it over the years. We've been brainstorming towards syndication, but as the industry changes, we are constantly reminded of the unique community Asheville has created and maintained by having locally-owned DVD stores (Orbit and the late, great Rosebud), art house and independent theatres, and people to support them.

Kim is moving on to public service, but you can find Marc in person at Orbit DVD for the film news, dvd recommendations, and the banter you're craving. Please join us in continuing to support community radio here on 103.3 AshevilleFM!

Over and out,
Kim on behalf of the Reel Talk Dynamic Duo
