Greetings fellow record hounds, record dealers and lovers of free-form radio!
If you received this email, you’re definitely one of the above or like me, all three! Many of you were also vendors at the Annual Asheville Record Shows previously organized by Harvest Records. The good news is that we are filling that void this fall when 103.3FM will be hosting it’s first annual Asheville Record Fair.
103.3 FM is putting on this event in collaboration with Harvest Records and New Belgium Brewing Company. All proceeds from admissions sales will benefit Asheville FM 103.3, a free form listener-supported radio station located here in Western North Carolina.
The Record Fair will be happening Saturday, November 2nd at the New Belgium Brewery, located on the banks of the French Broad River, only minutes away from downtown Asheville.
The brewery has a large event space, a beer tasting room, multiple food trucks and a large outdoor recreation area that allows attendees to take a break- grab a bite- and shop some more! Since it’s arrival in 2016, New Belgium has become a popular space for hosting public and private events, and home to its own Concert series. Partnering with local underwriters like New Belgium is a great way 103.3 FM can bring exciting events to the community while supporting the free form programming that you won’t find anywhere else.
We will be gearing up in the preceding weeks and months with print, internet, and radio advertising.
The event hall can comfortably accommodate up to thirty 8 ft. tables, available to vendors on a first come-first serve basis. Power outlets are accessible throughout the room, which is a well-lit space for visual grading and product display. The table rental fee is $60 per table or two for $100 with a limit of two per vendor. To be a vendor at the Record Fair reserve a table now. Follow the link below to sign up!
