In Western North Carolina, Buncombe County has continuously had one of the highest rates of opiate overdoses in the region. A couple of weeks ago, news team correspondent Coco Garcia speaks with Hillary Brown from the Steady Collective about their presence in the community as a local harm reduction service advocating on behalf of substance users.
